I'm going through all my comics and seeing what I can get rid of. I'll probably (hopefully) ditch half of them. Once I've gone through them all, everyone will be invited over to take whatever they want. Anything that's left over will be given away/sold/recycled.

When I was a kid I had every Superman (and Superboy) comic, I think. I was a real Superman junkie. But my mom made me get rid of them and read "real" books (which I love, btw), but she couldn't accept that comic books were just as good, in their own way, as regular books. I could have been a wealthy woman today, if I still had those comics. Oh well. . . ces' la vie.
